As you can see below, almost all the Council Members not present on the day of the vote would have reportedly voted "YES". Please write a respectful letter to the Council Members below. For those that apply, let them know that you heard they were going to vote "Yes" on Intro 627-A and thank them for their support. Let all of them know that you're disappointed they missed the vote to legalize ferrets on May 9th, and that you hope they will support (or continue to support) legalizing ferrets in NYC. Find anyone else you know in their district (neighbors, family) and ask them to write similar letters and make calls as well. Anyone in NYC can write to these Council Members, but letters from people in their district will carry more weight.
